The European Roundnet Association (EURA) and Roundnet Germany will work together in the realization of tournaments in the future to further promote Roundnet in Europe!
After Swiss Roundnet, Roundnet France, Roundnet Italy and Roundnet Spain have already joined Playerzone in the past years, the EURA ranking tournaments will now also run via the RG Playerzone in terms of registration, organization and execution via its own dropdown on the website and subpage → https://playerzone.roundnet.eu (link is not yet live – will follow in the next few days)

The EURA ranking will also be displayed on the Playerzone. The ranking is currently being set up in the background, which is why it will only be displayed at a later date.
Players just have to create a profile on the Playerzone and can make use of our popular features such as the partner search, roundmatch, carpooling and much more.
In addition to the monthly ETS tournaments, the ETS Championship, the bi-annual European Championship and EURA-sanctioned tournaments can also be offered on Playerzone.
The required EURA membership to participate in EURA tournaments will be available for purchase on an external platform, soon to be announced.
Since numerous past European tournaments have already been entered into the database (ETS starting from 2023), player profiles may already exist that will be automatically linked when creating an account with an identical name. Please use the search function in the Playerzone to check whether a player profile already exists.
We are delighted that even more tournaments will be finding a home on Playerzone from now on, further uniting the European roundnet scene.
The first EURA tournament on Playerzone will be ETS Bucharest on April 11 & 12. Registration starts on February 9th.

Registration will use the lottery-system for determining who’s getting into the tournament, if too many teams sign up.

The 5th Mallorca Open, which is already confirmed as a EURA-sanctioned tournament on March 7 & 8, will still be handled by Fwango and the results will then be transferred to the Playerzone.

EURA und Roundnet Germany kooperieren
Die European Roundnet Association (EURA) und Roundnet Germany arbeiten ab sofort bei der Durchführung von Turnieren zusammen, um Roundnet in Europa weiter voranzubringen!
Nachdem bereits die Turniere aus von Swiss Roundnet, Roundnet France, Roundnet Italy und Roundnet Spain auf der RG Playerzone ihre Heimat gefunden haben, werden zukünftig auch die Rankingturniere der EURA in der Anmeldung, Organisation und Durchführung über die Playerzone über ein Dropdown und auf einer eigenen Unterseite laufen → https://playerzone.roundnet.eu (link ist aktuell noch nicht live – wird in den nächsten Tagen folgen)
Ebenso wird das EURA-Ranking automatisiert auf der Playerzone abgebildet werden. Aktuell wird das Ranking im Hintergrund noch aufgesetzt, weswegen es erst zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt angezeigt wird. Alle Spieler*innen müssen sich entsprechend nur ein Profil auf der Playerzone anlegen und können dadurch weitere unserer beliebten Features wie die Spieler*innenbörse, Roundmatch, Mitfahrzentrale uvm. nutzen.
Neben den monatlichen ETS Turnieren, der ETS Championship sowie der zweijährlich stattfindenden Europameisterschaft, können auch die EURA Sanctioned Turniere auf der Playerzone angeboten werden.
Die für die Teilnahme an EURA-Turnieren erforderliche EURA-Mitgliedschaft kann auf einer externen Plattform erworben werden, die in Kürze bekannt gegeben wird.
Da bereits zahlreiche vergangene europäische Turniere in die Datenbank eingepflegt wurden (beispielsweise alle ETS Turniere seit 2023), bestehen möglicherweise schon Spielerprofile, die beim Erstellen des Accounts mit identischem Namen automatisch verknüpft werden. Prüft gerne über die Suchfunktion der Playerzone, ob bereits ein Spielerprofil besteht.
Wir freuen uns sehr, dass ab sofort noch mehr Turniere auf der Playerzone ihre Heimat finden und das europäische Roundnet so noch weiter vereint wird.
Das erste EURA-Turnier auf der Playerzone wird das ETS Bukarest am 11. & 12. April sein. Die Anmeldung beginnt am 9. Februar. Hier geht’s zum Playerzone-Event: playerzone.roundnetgermany.de/ets-bucharest-2026

Das bereits als EURA-sanctioned Turnier feststehende 5. Mallorca Open am 7. & 8. März wird noch über Fwango abgewickelt und die Ergebnisse anschließend auf die Playerzone übertragen.
